Sensi Seeds customer service seems to be a mixed bag, ranging from average to excellent depending on who you speak to. The Leaflypedia team have always found them to be excellent, their knowledgeable and friendly staff are available to answer your questions and help you with any problems you may have. Open Monday to Friday, 9:00 – 17:00 (CET), except for the bank holiday.
The website is extremely transparent and displays its reviews, with customers confirming they have cited 100% germinate rates.
The returns policy is the standard 14 days, i.e. you can cancel your order within 14 days after purchase (as long as the package is not damaged).

Compared to other seed banks, Sensi Seeds do not run as many promotions; you basically get what you pay for. High-quality seeds and total price. Although FLASH SALES appear often and they have a loyalty programme for every 10th order placed, you’ll receive a gift of your choice. It’s their way of saying thank you for being a loyal customer!
